The Power Of The Jury

Trial by jury resulting in jail-sentences, resignations and service withdrawal

The power of the jury by John Gilbert, Community Peace Service

A court case was held on 13 April 2022 which was tried by jury in Exeter under Natural Law in a Sui Juris Court . The proceedings were instigated by Hannah Badr (now Honourable Sheriff of the British Isles) and judicated by John Gilbert, Community Peace Constable.

The Community Law Court’s claim against (amongst others) Phil Norry the Chief Executive Officer at Devon County Council is that he aided and abetted to ensure that the claimant, Hannah Badr, remained in harm’s way and that he conspired with others to place Hannah Badr’s three sons into social care and involved the police in this attempt. This was all over an initial claim for bus passes. The stress of this caused Hanna Badr to develop an allergic reaction to her life saving medication and put her life at risk accordingly.

Other defendants working for Devon County Council were included in the order issued relating to the same case as was Mr Babcock of Babcock Education. None of the defedants appeared in court and, over the course of one day, all the evidence was presented to the jury who returned a unanimous decision recommending a conviction for all parties. Under normal circumstances, the jury's decision should have resulted in jail-time for the defendants.

You can watch the full trial on video on our Community Law Court page here .

Devon and Cornwall Police have refused to uphold the decision of the jury claiming that we the people lacked jurisdiction. That in itself begs the question of just who’s jurisdiction are they accepting as, we the people, are the highest authority in the land. This must mean that the police do not serve the people and begs the question of just why we the people are paying their salaries.

However, Phil Norry has now resigned his position with Devon County Council. The orders against him included a minimum 5 year prison term which was extended to 15 years by order of the jury due to the extensive campaign against Hannah Badr and her three sons.

Phil Norry has still to answer all of the orders which were issued on 13 April 2022 and the Community Law Courts are maintaining the pressure by adding a further investigation. Norry is at least out of his job and can no longer abuse his position.

In addition, Babcock Education suddenly stopped providing services to Devon County Council and people are refusing to pay council tax because of Hannah's outstanding remedy and the ongoing issues of harassment? The refusal to pay Council Tax on the grounds that we the people would be supporting a fraudulent organisation is growing.

Hannah has been increasing the pressure by adding another investigation to the list and she is looking to carry out a class action recruiting 100 people to challenge the councils right to demand council tax.
