Ways to take part where you live

Most ways in are open to everyone. Roles that carry responsibility for other people require verification and appropriate permissions.

Choose how you take part

  • Attend an event

Open evenings, skill-shares and repair cafés. Public events need no account.

  • Volunteer

A couple of hours a month is enough to make a local project work.

  • Share a skill

Cooking, repair, growing, admin, first aid, languages, all of it is useful.

  • Become a facilitator

Verified role. Requires an introduction session and agreement to safeguarding standards.

  • Start a project

Bring an idea to your assembly and use our templates to plan and run it.

  • Start an assembly

For areas with no group yet. Two people and a meeting place is the starting point.
